Who we are

De Vries Projects & Support BV, Techniekweg 10K, 9601 MC Hoogezand, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 91490898, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this statement. Questions about privacy can be sent to erwin@dvps.nl.

What data we process

Through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number (if provided) and your message.

If you email or call us: the information you choose to share.

For an assignment: contact and billing details of your organisation and contact persons.

Why we use this data

We use your data to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, carry out an assignment and invoice it. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, the performance of a contract, and our legal (tax) obligations.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are kept for no longer than 12 months. Accounting records are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

Sharing with others

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties we need to provide our services, such as our hosting and email provider, or when the law requires us to.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. Our hosting provider keeps technical log files (such as IP address and time) to keep the website secure.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or ask for it to be transferred. Send your request to erwin@dvps.nl; we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or the authority in your own country.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use.
